Songwriter, vocalist, and bass player Phil Lynott founded thin Lizzy at the end of the 60's. He recruited Scott Gorham (guitar), Brian Robertson (guitar), and Brian Downey (drums). In 1975 the group issued its debut album entitled Fighting, which was followed by the Jailbreak LP. The "The Boys Are Back in Town" track had a great success and topped the U.S. charts.
