Steriogram was formed in New Zealand by Brad Carter (vocals and guitar), Tim Youngson (guitar), Tyson Kennedy (drums), Jake Adams (bass). Jared Wrennall joined the band later. In 2004, the group released its first full-length album entitled Schmack! The hit single called "White Trash" appeared the same year.
