Absurdus is a band from Finland whose musical style can be described as mixture of heavy metal, black metal and death metal. The band was formed in Helsinki in 1992. Absurdus consisted of several members: singer/guitarist Aki Martinkauppi, guitarists Juha Moilanen and Vicious Simila, bassist Taneli Nyholm and drummer Matti Roiha.
