About Velvet Revolver
The process of recruiting a lead singer to the California supergroup Velvet Revolver was documented by VH1 cameras. Many established vocalists tried out to join the band made of former Guns N' Roses members Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner of Wasted Youth. Joining Velvet Revolver eventually was the charismatic rocker Scott Weiland and together the group recorded a Grammy winning album in Contraband.
