About Thanatos
Thanatos released its second album, Realm of Ecstasy, in 1992. The record didn't became popular and the band stopped its activities till 1997, when Thanatos was re-formed by singer and guitarist Stephan Gebedi, bassist Theo van Eekelen, guitarist Paul Baayens, and drummer Aad Kloosterwaard. They signed with the Hammerheart label and released the Angelic Encounters LP in 2000.
