In 2000, Switchfoot released the Learning to Breathe LP, which was sold over half a million copies. In 2003, Columbia/RED released the group's next album entitled The Beautiful Letdown. Singles like "Meant to Live" and "Dare You to Move" made the LP double platinum. The full-length Nothing Is Sound appeared in 2005, it was followed by the 2006's Oh! Gravity LP.
