About Sade
Initially, when Sade was with a Latina band that she had been a member of, the recording labels wanted to sign Sade Only, and not the other members of the band. However, the group wanted a deal for the whole band and refused, however, in the end, not wanting Sade to miss out on a opportunity, the agreed to let her go on and sign with the label.
