In 1989 The Ramones wrote music for the Stephen King film titled Pet Semetary. The same year the band released the full-length album called Brain Drain. At the end of the year Dee Dee Ramone dicided to began his solo career, and C.J. Ramone (real name: Christopher John Ward) joined the group.
