The Canadian singer of Portuguese descent Nelly Furtado came to fame immediately with the launch of her career, with her album Whoa, Nelly! and the upbeat, happy-going song I'm like a Bird wining her a Grammy Award. Folklore, Nelly Furtado's sophomore effort was less successful, but then the album Loose included some of her best work - Promiscuous, Maneater, Say It Right and All Good Things (Come to an End).
