About K.D. Lang
By the time K.D. Land recorded a tribute to Canadian singer-songwriters, in 2004, an album called Hymns of the 49th Parallel, she was already among these famous musicians. The list of artists that she covered their songs includes Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell and Neil Young, but after four Grammy Awards and several hits (Constant Craving in 1992 bringing her to mainstream music center), certainly K.D. Lang will receive similar honors in a day not long from now.
