About Collective Soul
Collective Soul is a highly-acclaimed musical group from Stockbridge, Georgia. The band's musical style can be described as a combination of alternative rock and post grunge. Prior to forming Collective Soul, musician Ed Roland studied songwriting/composing and guitar at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Ed began working at "Real 2 Reel Studios" in Atlanta during the 1980's and early 1990's.
