About Claude Challe
When Claude Challe was a teenager he for the first time attracted attention when he was dubbed "the man with the golden scissors". In 1964 Challe opened the first unisex hair salon in Paris and was a figurehead amongst the Parisian swinging ‘60-s set. After hanging up his scissors in 1968 he went to live in a commune in Sardinia before following the Hippy Trail to India, Nepal, and Indonesia.
